    Cleanse first. Wash with your usual gentle cleanser. Pat the skin almost-dry — the pad does better on slightly damp skin.

    Take one pad. Pinch the center, lift, and let the excess toner drip back into the jar. Reseal the lid right away to keep the rest fresh.

    Sweep, do not rub. Glide the pad across cheeks, jaw, forehead, neck. Use the textured side first, then the smooth side. Avoid the eye area.

    Follow with serum and moisturizer. Wait ~60 seconds, then layer your usual hydrator. Mornings: finish with SPF 30+.

  • الختم الأصلي (الغلاف السيلوفاني) سليم تمامًا
  • في عبوته الأصلية، بما في ذلك الصندوق الخارجي والغطاء وأي ملحقات
  • مرفقًا برقم الطلب أو إثبات الشراء

أي عطر بختم مكسور أو علامات استخدام أو عبوة ناقصة لا يمكن إرجاعه لأسباب تغيير الرأي. هذه ممارسة قياسية في صناعة العطور العالمية لحماية كل عميل من استلام منتج مستخدم.

الطلبات الدولية

الإرجاع مقبول فقط داخل الإمارات العربية المتحدة. الطلبات الدولية (السعودية، عُمان، البحرين، الكويت، قطر) غير مؤهلة للإرجاع في الوقت الحالي.

الاستبدالات

أسرع طريقة للحصول على ما تريد هي إرجاع المنتج الأصلي، وبمجرد القبول، اطلب المنتج الجديد بطلب منفصل.

الاسترداد

سنُعلمك بمجرد استلام طلب الإرجاع وفحصه. إذا تمت الموافقة، ستتم معالجة استرداد المال إلى طريقة الدفع الأصلية خلال 10 أيام عمل.

الإلغاء
