Oil-based attars

• Spraying clothing and hair extends longevity considerably, though it can stain and it is harsher on delicate fabrics.

• Carry a small decant for a midday refresh rather than over-applying at 8am.

Storage

Keep bottles out of the bathroom and away from windows. Heat and light degrade fragrance in storage too, and a bottle left in a car is effectively being cooked.
