Returns & Refunds
We have a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn or unused
- With original tags and packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
How to start a return
Email us at info@alhimyan.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address:

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

- Custom or personalised items
- Gift cards
International orders
Returns are accepted only within the United Arab Emirates. International orders are not eligible for returns at this time.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item, and once accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at info@alhimyan.com.
Cancellations
- Cancelled before dispatch (online prepaid): 2.5% deducted as processing fee
- Cancelled after dispatch: AED 25 deducted for courier fees
- COD refunds are issued as store credit to your AlHimyan Wallet
