Shipping Policy — AlHimyan

All orders are subject to stock availability. If a product is temporarily unavailable, please contact our support team for restocking updates.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 working days.

  • Pickup orders: ready within 1–2 working days. You’ll receive a notification and validation code once your order is ready.
  • Weekends & holidays: Orders placed on UAE weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.
  • Working days: Monday to Saturday, excluding UAE public holidays.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates and to the following GCC countries:

  • Saudi Arabia
  • Oman
  • Kuwait
  • Bahrain

We do not currently ship to Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, or other international destinations. Qatar is not currently available at checkout; this is being added.

Delivery Charges

UAE:

  • Free delivery on orders AED 299 or above (excluding remote areas).
  • Standard delivery on orders below AED 299: AED 20 (incl. VAT).
  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 working days.

GCC (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain):

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
  • Estimated delivery: 2–6 working days depending on the country.
  • No free shipping is available on GCC orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is currently available for UAE orders only. A COD handling fee may apply at checkout.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tamara (Buy Now, Pay Later), and Cash on Delivery (UAE only).

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link. You can also track your order from your account page or by contacting us at info@alhimyan.com.
