Every fragrance we sell is backed by our money-back guarantee. If something is not right, we will make it right.
Return Window
You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following:
- Unused, unsprayed, and unopened
- Factory seal (cellophane wrap) fully intact
- In original packaging, including the outer box, cap, and any inserts
- Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase
Any fragrance with a broken seal, signs of use, or missing packaging cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons. This is standard practice across the global fragrance industry to protect every customer from receiving a used product.
How to Start a Return

- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason
- Our team will respond within 24 hours with approval and pickup instructions
- We arrange pickup via our courier partner across the UAE
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We inspect every order before it leaves our warehouse, but if something goes wrong:
- Inspect your order on delivery
- Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos of the issue and the outer packaging
- We will arrange a free replacement, exchange, or full refund — your choice
This applies to broken bottles, leaked products, wrong items shipped, or any manufacturing defect. You pay nothing.
Money-Back Guarantee
If a product you receive is not as described in our listing, contact us within the 7-day return window and we will arrange a full refund. Our money-back guarantee is backed by our return policy, not a third-party authentication service.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless damaged or defective:
- Sale and clearance items
- Personal care goods (opened or used perfumes, beauty products)
- Custom or personalised items
- Gift cards
International Orders
Returns are accepted only within the United Arab Emirates. International orders (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar) are not eligible for returns at this time.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item, and once accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at info@alhimyan.com.
Cancellations
- Cancelled before dispatch (online prepaid): 2.5% deducted as processing fee
- Cancelled after dispatch: AED 25 deducted for courier fees
- COD refunds are issued as store credit to your AlHimyan Wallet
