Kilian Paris created Apple Brandy with perfumer Sidonie Lancesseur for the opening of its New York flagship, and this version adds the house's signature On the Rocks accord. It opens with a cool blend of bergamot, pineapple and cardamom, moves into a heart of apple and brandy with a rum note, and settles on moss, vanilla, cedarwood and ambroxan.

Sweet, boozy and polished, it is made for warm Emirati evenings, dinners out and special occasions. It wears as easily on men as on women, and leaves a rich trail that suits the night.
