AlHimyan Store is committed to Shariah principles in all of its dealings. Our role is limited to selling the product and receiving its price only. The instalment services offered by Tabby or Tamara are an independent agreement between the customer and the service provider; AlHimyan Store does not charge any interest or late fees and does not benefit from them in any way.

We therefore advise our valued customers to choose instalments only if they are confident in their ability to pay all instalments on time, and to avoid any delay that may result in fees or additional amounts under the service provider's terms, as this may involve a Shariah violation.

This notice is given in fulfilment of our duty of honesty and to discharge our responsibility. Adherence to the payment terms, and its consequences, remain the customer's responsibility.

Whoever wishes to avoid this possibility entirely may choose to pay in full immediately or use Cash on Delivery.
