Amber Empire EDT was created in 2016 as part of Atkinsons' revival of their golden-era archive of orientals. The composition is an imperial amber oriental: bergamot, cardamom and ginger provide a warm, spiced opening of extraordinary character; rose, amber and jasmine build a golden oriental-floral heart of luxurious depth; and sandalwood, amber and musk close the fragrance in a warm, commanding embrace. It is amber interpreted with British restraint — not the syrupy sweetness of lesser orientals, but the dry, resinous, deeply satisfying warmth of amber done with precision and heritage.
