Application Instructions
01 Wet your hair thoroughly with warm water.
02 Rub the shampoo bar between your palms or directly on the scalp to generate a lather.
03 Work the lather gently through hair from roots to ends using circular motions.
04 Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Repeat if needed.
05 Between uses, store the bar on a well-draining soap dish to extend its life.

شروط الأهلية
لكي يكون الإرجاع مقبولًا، يجب أن يستوفي المنتج جميع الشروط التالية:
- غير مستخدم، لم يتم رشّه، وغير مفتوح
- الختم الأصلي (الغلاف السيلوفاني) سليم تمامًا
- في عبوته الأصلية، بما في ذلك الصندوق الخارجي والغطاء وأي ملحقات
- مرفقًا برقم الطلب أو إثبات الشراء
أي عطر بختم مكسور أو علامات استخدام أو عبوة ناقصة لا يمكن إرجاعه لأسباب تغيير الرأي. هذه ممارسة قياسية في صناعة العطور العالمية لحماية كل عميل من استلام منتج مستخدم.

المنتجات التالفة أو المعيبة أو الخاطئة
نقوم بفحص كل طلب قبل خروجه من مستودعنا، ولكن إذا حدث خطأ:
- افحص طلبك عند التسليم
- تواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام مع صور واضحة للمشكلة والتغليف الخارجي
- سنرتّب استبدالًا مجانيًا أو تبديلًا أو استردادًا كاملًا — حسب اختيارك
هذا ينطبق على الزجاجات المكسورة أو المنتجات المتسربة أو المنتجات الخاطئة المُرسلة أو أي عيب تصنيع. لن تدفع أي شيء.

منتجات غير قابلة للإرجاع
لأسباب تتعلق بالنظافة والسلامة، لا يمكن إرجاع المنتجات التالية إلا إذا كانت تالفة أو معيبة:

الطلبات الدولية
الإرجاع مقبول فقط داخل الإمارات العربية المتحدة. الطلبات الدولية (السعودية، عُمان، البحرين، الكويت، قطر) غير مؤهلة للإرجاع في الوقت الحالي.
الاستبدالات
أسرع طريقة للحصول على ما تريد هي إرجاع المنتج الأصلي، وبمجرد القبول، اطلب المنتج الجديد بطلب منفصل.
الاسترداد
سنُعلمك بمجرد استلام طلب الإرجاع وفحصه. إذا تمت الموافقة، ستتم معالجة استرداد المال إلى طريقة الدفع الأصلية خلال 10 أيام عمل.

الإلغاء
- الإلغاء قبل الإرسال (الدفع المسبق عبر الإنترنت): يُخصم 2.5% كرسوم معالجة
- الإلغاء بعد الإرسال: يُخصم 25 درهم كرسوم شحن
- استرداد طلبات الدفع عند الاستلام يُمنح كرصيد متجر في محفظة الهميان
