Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We inspect every order before it leaves our warehouse, but if something goes wrong:

  • Inspect your order on delivery
  • Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos of the issue and the outer packaging
  • We will arrange a free replacement, exchange, or full refund — your choice

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Cancellations

  • Cancelled before dispatch (online prepaid): 2.5% deducted as processing fee
  • Cancelled after dispatch: AED 25 deducted for courier fees
  • COD refunds are issued as store credit to your AlHimyan Wallet
