Medicube's AGE-R Booster Pro brings six clinically-proven skincare technologies into a single device: electroporation, microcurrent, EMS, air-shot pore care, sonic vibration, and 5-color LED. Each technology was previously available only in dermatology offices at hundreds of AED per session.
The device is built around a skin contact sensor — LED light only emits when the device touches skin, so battery life and skin exposure are optimized. The AGE-R app lets you select modes, intensity, LED color, and vibration.
Results are cumulative. Three to five sessions per week, ten to fifteen minutes each, deliver the visible firming and lifting most users see at the eight-to-twelve week mark. The device is FDA-cleared and safe for all skin types.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following:
- Unused, unsprayed, and unopened
- Factory seal (cellophane wrap) fully intact
- In original packaging, including the outer box, cap, and any inserts
- Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase
Any fragrance with a broken seal, signs of use, or missing packaging cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons. This is standard practice across the global fragrance industry to protect every customer from receiving a used product.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We inspect every order before it leaves our warehouse, but if something goes wrong:
- Inspect your order on delivery
- Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos of the issue and the outer packaging
- We will arrange a free replacement, exchange, or full refund — your choice

International Orders
Returns are accepted only within the United Arab Emirates. International orders (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar) are not eligible for returns at this time.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item, and once accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Cancellations
- Cancelled before dispatch (online prepaid): 2.5% deducted as processing fee
- Cancelled after dispatch: AED 25 deducted for courier fees
- COD refunds are issued as store credit to your AlHimyan Wallet
