Refund & Return Policy

At Alhimyan Perfumes, every fragrance we sell is 100% authentic, sourced directly from authorized channels. Your trust is our priority. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following:

• Unused, unsprayed, and unopened
• Factory seal (cellophane wrap) fully intact
• In original packaging, including the outer box, cap, and any inserts
• Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase

Any fragrance with a broken seal, signs of use, or missing packaging cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons. This is standard practice across the global fragrance industry to protect every customer from receiving a used product.

How to Start a Return

1. Email info@alhimyan.com or WhatsApp +971 52 992 6688 within 14 days of delivery
2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason
3. Our team will respond within 24 hours with approval and pickup instructions
4. We arrange pickup via our courier partner across the UAE

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We inspect every order before it leaves our warehouse, but if something goes wrong:

• Inspect your order on delivery
• Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos of the issue and the outer packaging
• We will arrange a free replacement, exchange, or full refund — your choice

This applies to broken bottles, leaked products, wrong items shipped, or any manufacturing defect. You pay nothing.

Authenticity Guarantee

If you ever suspect a product is not authentic, contact us immediately. We will investigate, and if confirmed, you receive a full refund plus the item free of charge. Every Alhimyan order is backed by this guarantee.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless damaged or defective:

• Opened or used fragrances (seal broken)
• Discovery sets, samples, and travel sizes once opened
• Gift cards
• Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase

Sale and discounted items remain returnable if defective or damaged, in line with UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status within 2 business days.

Refund timelines by payment method:

• Credit / Debit Card: 7–10 business days to reflect on your statement
• Tabby / Tamara: Refund processed to the BNPL provider within 3 business days; the provider adjusts your installment plan and refunds any amount already paid
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund issued via bank transfer within 5 business days; we will request your IBAN by email
• Apple Pay / Google Pay: Same as the original card, 7–10 business days

If 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received the refund, contact us at info@alhimyan.com.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want: return the original item, and once approved, place a new order. This avoids stock holds and gets your new fragrance to you faster.

Shipping Costs

• Defective, damaged, or wrong item: We cover all shipping costs both ways
• Change of mind: Customer covers return shipping (deducted from refund if pickup is arranged by us)

International Orders

We currently do not accept returns on orders shipped outside the UAE, except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. International damage claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
