Cleanse first. Wash with your usual gentle cleanser. Pat the skin almost-dry — the pad does better on slightly damp skin.

Take one pad. Pinch the center, lift, and let the excess toner drip back into the jar. Reseal the lid right away to keep the rest fresh.

Sweep, do not rub. Glide the pad across cheeks, jaw, forehead, neck. Use the textured side first, then the smooth side. Avoid the eye area.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We inspect every order before it leaves our warehouse, but if something goes wrong:
- Inspect your order on delivery
- Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos of the issue and the outer packaging
- We will arrange a free replacement, exchange, or full refund — your choice

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Cancellations
- Cancelled before dispatch (online prepaid): 2.5% deducted as processing fee
- Cancelled after dispatch: AED 25 deducted for courier fees
