Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following:

- Factory seal (cellophane wrap) fully intact
- In original packaging, including the outer box, cap, and any inserts
- Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We inspect every order before it leaves our warehouse, but if something goes wrong:

- Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos of the issue and the outer packaging

Returns are accepted only within the United Arab Emirates. International orders (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar) are not eligible for returns at this time.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item, and once accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Cancellations
- Cancelled before dispatch (online prepaid): 2.5% deducted as processing fee
- Cancelled after dispatch: AED 25 deducted for courier fees
- COD refunds are issued as store credit to your AlHimyan Wallet
